What’s Inside My Makeup Bag

Wanna know what’s inside my makeup bag that I carry with me when I travel? Sharing with you here the cosmetics and products I use most of the time when I’m on the go. 

I don’t think there’s any girl out there who doesn’t carry in her purse a lip balm or a lipstick, a powder, or a whole pouch full of makeup like I do. I try to carry the less bulky products when I travel, well if only we can bring our entire dresser right? Most of the time when I travel, specially when it is an early flight, I usually do my makeup in the airport bathrooms or sometimes on the plane when I am really late for my flight. 

I think it usually takes me 25minutes to do my make up. I just want it light normally. So first up is I moisturize, put some eye cream and bb cream with spf 50 and then ocasionally I wear foundation, followed by a concealer or corrector and setting powder. After that I go on with my brows and eyes, contour and blush, and then my last step is the lipstick. 💋

You must be wondering why this contact lens container is part of my makeup kit, well, here’s a tip, you know how heavy and big foundation bottles are right? And of course when we travel, we want to travel as light as possible. So I transfer my liquid foundation into these contact lens container since you wouldn’t be using the whole bottle during your trip after all right? This containers seals very tight so I can guarantee that they wont drip. Plus talk the space you save in your makeup  bag.

NAKED2 Basics eyeshadow palette from Urban Decay available here. I also use this for my brows, I like using eyeshadow powders on my brows for a softer look. I use the shade Stark since my brow hair is black.

I always carry with me three lipsticks when I travel, since I don’t like wearing the same shade of lipstick everyday. Left to right: Inglot matte lip pencil in #17, Kylie liquid lipstick in my favorite Candy K, and Gabriel lipstick in Sheer pink (this brand is also one of favorite since it’s also cruelty free and vegan) available at Healthy Options.
