Saturdate

Hooray for Saturday! Me and Hubbybooboo (my husband Ryan) always go on a date night every Saturday for our cheat day, although cheat day normally happens almost everyday. Who’s guilty of that? I know we are!

I just love iving in a small quiet city like my hometown, Butuan, compared to the big cities where you need to hustle all day, everyday. On Saturdays, we usually just have a simple dinner out at our favorite restaurant, go grocery shopping, and maybe watch a movie if there’s a good film showing. Yes, the simple life.

This is just a random #OOTD of mine one Saturday night. A crop spaghetti top from H&M, jeans and mules (overused) from Zara, and a thrifted dress worn as a jacket/cover up. Yes, it is thrifted, as in from an “ukay-ukay” online shop that I got many years ago but I only got to wear it till now since I just recently found it at the back of my closet. Paid about p200 pesos (about $5) for this beautiful sheer button up dress. I love finding amazing pieces from thrift stores. Fashion doesn’t have to be expensive all the time. You just have to style it and make it look like million bucks.
