Caked Lip fondant, sounds tasty right? As most of you know I am a cake artist and I have probably made hundreds of fondant cakes way back when I was still taking orders. And when I heard about Caked lip fondant from Makeup Hub, I got so curious and interested and really thought that it were edible products I can use with my cake decorating stuff.
Caked Makeup was just recently launched on the sweetest day of this year, Valentine’s Day, 2016. They are an indie, streetwear inspired makeup company that blends urban culture & everything sweet into one. All of their products are 100% Vegan and cruelty free ♥ ♥ ♥ now I’m loving them already.
So Caked lip fondant are matte liquid lipsticks and they currently have nine beautiful shades. The smell of it is so delicious and it applies smoothly on the lips. It doesn’t smudge and stays on for hours (not unless your eating very oily food). I love how it sets on the lips, not drying on the lips. But as most makeup guru recommend, you can moisturize your lips with a lip balm or lip moisturizer before applying any matte lipsticks. And like the Kylie Lip Kits, this doesn’t come off easily with tissue or water, use a lipstick remover or coconut oil and a swab of cotton to remove it. It’s totally kiss-proof by the way! Sweet Tooth – bright pink and fuchsia tone
Power Trip – darker tone in red wine and maroon shade (my favorite color for this season)
