Thirteen Hours At The Mall

Yes, I spent thirteen hours at the mall and I won p10,000 worth of gift certificates. Wow, it’s already the month of May. Sorry if I have been a lil MIA guys, been quite busy for the past week because of my parent’s house warming party the other day as it was also my moms birthday. Being a control freak that I am. I practically took charge of 65% of the preparation for the party.

I also went to Manila last weekend for two days just to buy some stuff needed for the house. My flight got slightly delayed last Friday so from the airport I arrived at around eleven in the morning at SM Megamall and left a little past twelve midnight, thus me spending thirteen hours at the mall. Well, that already includes one lunch, some snacks, dinner and midnight snacks of course.

About that ten thousand pesos worth of gift certificates I mentioned above, well, I recently joined an Instagram giveaway handled by SM Megamall. It was a flatlay contest and fortunately I was one of the five winners. Totally unexpected, so thank you SM Megamall! I was so happy when they announced the winners coz it was the night before my flight to Manila, I mean how timely it was that I was really planning to go to SM Megamall for the weekend and won the gift certificates and the mall was on a #Mega3DaySale2017. I was like a kid during Christmas, happy to receive all my gift certificates which should be claimed during the sale period only. Even more better when the Gc’s were from most of my favorite brands like Stradivarius, Aranaz, Uniglo, All Flip-Flops and Sfera. I will post a separate blog about my GC’s shopping haul soon.

Had spicy chicken with sweet potato waffle for lunch at Bad Bird. Totally commendable! 👍🏻😋

Quick tummy fix at around eleven thirty in the evening at The Lost Bread. I fell in love with their interiors.💚 

Super enjoyed my first time here The Lost Bread, check out their Matcha Green tea which comes in a separate cup with cotton candy on top that serves your sugar. It was really delicious!

This Chilli Chocolate French Toast cubes are also very delicious. It also comes in three different kinds of dips/toppings but I like it as it is. 

I really enjoyed shopping during first day of the #Mega3DaySale2017 because of all big discounts specially when you have an SM Prestige card and BDO credit card and the mall opened until twelve midnight. Most of the regular items were at ten to twenty percent off then you get additional 10% off if you have SM Prestige card plus another 5% off rebate when you use your BDO credit card. That’s almost 35% savings!
