My 7 Minutes Banana Oats Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Sharing with you today my Banana Oats Smoothie Bowl Recipe. If you have been following my Instagram Stories then you have probably seen me drinking my chocolate smoothie and eating my banana oatmeal smoothie bowl too. I usually make this once or twice every week whenever I crave for something cold and sweet. So let’s get to it, shall we? It’s only gonna take seven minutes of your times from preparation to finished.

Here’s what you need:

4 Frozen Banana (cut into four parts and peeled)

Half cup Quaker Instant Oatmeal in Chocolate (or original)

Half cup Chocolate Milk (or any milk of your choice, I opt to use organic coconut water in chocolate flavor) You may add more milk/liquid into your mix if you want the consistency to be more liquified.

Optional: 1 tablespoon honey (if you preferred it sweeter, I like mine without honey though)

*For smoothie drink, you can use 2 bananas with one cup 3/4 cup milk.*

  1. Mix banana and milk in a blender for two minutes.

2. Add Quaker Oats and blend for another one minute.

3. Optional: Top it off with your choice of fruits, 1/2 tablespoon Chia Seeds, and 1 tablespoon Oatmeal

And voila, as simple as 1,2,3… Enjoy this healthy breakfast or afternoon snack!

I grew up eating Quaker Oats. I remember when I and my siblings were still kids, our mom always cook us oatmeals once or twice a week for breakfast before heading to school. And now we still have Quaker Oats at home. Oats are an incredibly nutritious food packed with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. In addition, they’re high in fiber and protein compared to other grains. They are even considered as a weight loss friendly food.

Nowadays, instant oatmeal with milk or hot water is my go-to breakfast whenever I’m in hurry and I simply just add fruits and I am all set in the morning. If you want more oatmeal recipes, join the Quaker Breakfast Club group on Facebook. Hope you like my quick and easy recipe. Have a healthy day!
