Sharing with you guys this easy chocolate chip banana cake recipe that my family loves. The original recipe was been given to me by my friend Ella, then I tweek it a bit by adding chocolate and played with different oils and sugar. So here’s a no fail banana cake recipe.

Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Cake Recipe cups All-Purpose flour
- 3 Cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. CinnamonĀ
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 Cups Diced Banana
- 1 can crushed pineapple (234g. Dole or any brand)
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 cupĀ White sugar
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- (Optional) 1 bar Lerio 70% dark chocolate (chopped) or 1/2 cup Chocolate chips of your choice
- Sift together Flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda together. Set aside.
- In a big bowl mix the banana, undrained crushed pineapple, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in dry ingredients & mix by hand until moist, do not over mix.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Bake in preheated 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven.
Baking time for cupcakes: 25 to 27 minutes (Makes 24 3oz cupcakes).
