First time for Riley to stay up so late to ring the new year with us. If you have seen my IG stories then you know how much fun he had last night. It’s just Ryan, Riley, a nanny, and I at home, so I didn’t prepare so much food (or order for that matter). Any celebration in our family always calls for a Lechon.
I made my first charcuterie board and just made it small since I am the one who likes to eat it. I got this charcuterie board idea from Pinterest and formed all my chosen ingredients into a Christmas tree.

Despite what has happened in 2020, I am still very thankful that my family and I have got through it all and are safe. I am very thankful for a lot of the simple things in life that we only got to realize during the pandemic. Like family, time, good health, a roof above our heads, and food on our table.
How perfect is this Thankful napkin ring that I got from Country Classics. I also got Blessed and Enjoy!

I feel so blessed that I have my whole family here with me in my hometown. And we all live so nearby that we get to see each other every week.

Of course, I can’t break our tradition of having 12 round (some oval, haha) fruits on the table. I think every Filipino family does it.

Always a struggle taking photos with this little man. He couldn’t wait to eat the chocolates and cookies.

Riley had so much fun with his first New Year’s celebration with us. Since the two previous years, he was still under two years old, that we tucked him to bed early. It’s such a joy to see him enjoy our little celebration at home.
Writing this post made me miss blogging so much. I promise to be more active this year guys. I promise to talk more to guys here or on our vlog.
Well, I hope everyone had a glorious new year’s celebration. I am wishing you all a safer, kinder, peaceful, and abundant new year. Happy 2021!
